Shipping & Returns

The total cost of packing and delivery is clearly displayed at 'checkout' for your approval prior to confirming your order.

Minimum postage is £2.50 plus 50p per extra item.

We do our best to deliver within 7 days of the date of receiving your order but shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control. Reasonable allowance should be made for orders made over the weekend, at National Holidays and peak times for the postal service (included but not limited to Christmas).

We try and offer you the best service we can. But we cannot promise that all our products and services will meet your requirements and we cannot guarantee that they will be fault free. If you find a fault, please let us know.

30 days after your order has been placed we will deem you happy with your purchase and after this time we cannot assist you with enquiries related to your specific order or delivery however we are happy to answer any questions related to redeeming your experience.

Payment policy

You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days after the day following the delivery of the goods by contacting us by telephone, fax, email or post.

The goods must be in acceptable condition to re-sell as new once returned, so please do not use or open any sealed packaging. If the returned goods are not acceptable for resale they will be returned at your expense.

Goods should be returned to: Returns Dept, FAO Kerry Walker, new<id communications, 1st Floor, 41 Temple Street, Birmingham B2 5DP enclosing a copy of the original invoice, your name and daytime contact number. Please contact us prior to returning the goods or they will not be accepted. We recommend that you use recorded delivery, or obtain proof of postage.
